I have taken hundreds of photos from the top of Mt. P. and pics of Mt. P. from the fairgrounds and from Forest Rose.

I waited months for the sun to rise behind Mt. P. to capture a sunrise shot... but things did not take place as planned. They were having the junior fair and things were passing in front of the scene I had imagined.

Because I was up early, I climbed on Mt P to get a shot of Lancaster with the sun behind me. This one turned out great also.

Later I went to Forest Rose to capture Mt. P. in it's fall colors. Clouds dimmed the colors so I waited over an hour and captured Mt. P. at it's best. (This pic)

On this blog, resolution reduced here but it would make a decent 11x14 for anyone who wants to make a print.

I used the high resolution image to have one printed. This version cropped .. 20x30 Walmart
